HERE XYZ Studio offers the option of a base map style that is derived from OSM. Regardless of the base map style chosen, HERE XYZ does not allow base maps to be edited. Developers can pick the renderer of their choice. Some examples of possible renderers are Tangram, Leaflet and Three.js. In general, there are no technical restrictions on the size of a file upload. However, there are practical considerations that imply that file sizes larger than about 3GB are better added to an XYZ Space in a different manner. If you have such a need, please contact us on Stack Overflow.
